The first resource is The 10 Key Principles of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive eating is a philosophy of eating that says you are the expert of your body and you decide what is best for it - not some external diet or meal plan. Your personal preferences, how you handle stress, your schedule, and your body's unique physiology are all things that you need to investigate and become an expert on.
The second resource is Intermittent Fasting. Intermittent fasting (IF) is a popular health trend that has gotten many people results (when combined with good food choices and exercise). While research on intermittent fasting is relatively young, there is plenty of research on the benefits of fasting. Fasting can help you lose weight, have more energy and improve overall health if you do not overeat during your “eating” periods.
